"Had a prescription increase 350%. Tried calling my insurance company held for 30 & 45 minutes getting cutoff when being transferred. Called CVS pharmacy and spoke with pharmacist you checked and said insurance company did not note a reason. They would reach out to my insurance company for clarification. They were able to get clarification that I was in the so called doughnut hole, hence the significant increase. They actually handled this issue for me during their lunch hour. Always received excellent service from the pharmacy staff at the League City parkway location. Highly recommend."
