"Pharmacist has been rude to my sister on the phone and isn't concerned about customer service in person. Four hours after a phone call, only part of the prescription was ready and there was no hurry to be helpful as we waited over 30 minutes in the store (no one else was waiting). When I finally tried to explain I had to get back to an elderly parent, her only comment was, There's a process. No apology, no compassion, just trying to excuse herself. Our process will be to find a new pharmacy. I've dealt with a lot of medical personnel and the majority are kind and helpful. The staff here seem very sweet, too bad it doesn't go higher up."
