"I rented a ram 1500 just ended up taking it back due to poor customer service. Had to deal with a taillight being out and being pulled over for it. Vehicle also would drain its own battery causing me to jump it several times. No real help for either issue. May as well go to Walmart and buy a bike, would have better luck!"

"Most unorganized enterprise I’ve ever had to work with. Daily disappointment always came from them promising to have a rental for me and then waiting last minute to let me know they never had one and that they’re having a supply issue (for years now) therefore they’re short on cars. You would think by now they were working around the shortage, or at least used to it and not consistently running low"

"My experience was awesome. Thank you so much to Shelby for all her help. It was a week of car troubles and a ride that fell through and I had to get my son to college for move in day. I called Shelby on Monday. She set up a rental for us quickly and I was able to get him to school. She took time to explain everything to me. Then showed me how everything in the car worked so there was no guessing. Thanks again Shelby for putting my mind at ease. Thank you Enterprise for employing people that care!"

"The Female that works there. Has no idea what she is doing. I am still waiting on my deposit back. Every time I ask about it. I will get that fixed right away. I'm sorry today is my first day..... same girl everytime. Now instead of giving my deposit back (50.00) they took another 10.00. She apologized it was there mistake... still waiting on the $60.00 now"
