"I did not get her last name, but Courtney saved the day tonight. She should be shift manager; she handled the pressure well and was the only one that seemed to be working with a sense of urgency. I would greatly value her opinions and time if I was her employer. I would be asking Courtney who should be on what jobs because the shift manager was not managing anyone. All those employees and only one carrying the team.... To be honest, out of all the Culver's locations, this one is not the best. Usually Culver's runs a tight ship, not this one. Staff seem somewhat lazy and entitled which sucks because some of the workers are amazing and clearly not being supported. Waited almost an hour for a concrete mixer. Better to go across town. Also not very clean. Very stressful environment."
"Went in at 2 o’clock on Sunday. I understand that the restaurant gets very busy but I had waited almost 30++ minutes in drive-through for a single cheeseburger order. Upon asking the worker if everything is ok her response was is were a little short staffed and behind. Was very happy to spend half of my break. Stuck in a drive-through line. Not …"
"Worst experience. Over $22 and took 23 minutes to get take out order. Items not made as ordered. Ridiculous. I can go eat at a nice sit down restaurant for cheaper and much better food. Never again!"
"Honestly this was my first time at a Culver’s and the food was fantastic, the ice cream or custard of the day was a nice thing to try. The service was terrible because the person who took the order was rude to my grandmother several times my sister spoke with the manager of the establishment and Culver’s did call her personally to get more information about what all happened. Most of the staff at this location didn’t not speak much English and the one who did was being rude."
"First time visiting and I asked for a single but they charged me for a double and when you’re in the drive thru, paid already and got your food you’re pulling off. Food is fresh and good just their service could be better if they listened."
