"I’m disappointed. I get very few prescriptions but I’ve had several sent in by the doctor that were not available the same day. I was told it needed to be filled by the H‑E‑B warehouse. So it required that I come back the next day. This has happened several times. That’s not convenient nor is it good customer service. If it wasn’t for that I’d give the H‑E‑B pharmacy a five star rating"

"This pharmacy used to be awesome. The pharmacists and techs were easy to work with and stayed on top of things. I’m not sure what has happened in the last year or so, but communication has been terrible, they don’t tell you when they are out of certain medications, and they don’t have medications ready when promised. It’s frustrating because this used to be such a well run pharmacy and I would prefer to give my business to H‑E‑B, but I won’t continue doing business here if it keeps being so poorly run."

"I called today after speaking with my doctor and my insurance company both stating I should have no issue picking up my prescription. Yet yesterday I did so I called before going today and the whoever answered was very rude and annoyed I was even calling to try and get it figured out. I was polite the entire time and even thanked her for her help and she said “uh huh bye,” and hung up on me. I understand being busy I work with 4 year olds who do not get a nap for 8 hours of the day but when someone is asking for help there is not a reason to be short and off putting it’s literally your job to help and service the public if you can’t do that then find a profession that doesn’t require being pleasant and helpful."
