"Very rude lady at the pharmacy who insisted that my medication was not covered by insurance. I called my RX insurance and they told me they didn’t even run it through the insurance. I went back to the rude lady and then another lady came other and she fixed it. A difference of $100! Be sure to advocate and be assertive with the pharmacy at this location or they will rip you off. The girl that finally checked me out was very friendly and kind. The others need to take notice of her customer service skills and learn!"

"Have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this team. On the rare occasions that a problem did come up they were quick to explain the problem and were just as quick to do whatever it took to resolve the problem. Once my pharmacist noticing that I was allergic to penicillin pointed out that the drug my doctor prescribed was penicillin based. As a result I was able to call my doctor to fix the error. It was nice to know they weren't just filling orders but examining them for accuracy as well. I always walk out feeling like this is my team."

"This CVS pharmacy is terrible. The pharmacy staff are very rude, not helpful and if you try to explain to them what you need they will actually Talk over you & yell at you. They make medication errors but deny it. I guess they should deny it because Med errors are very dangerous. One month ago I had to look up their phone # and discovered they has 2 stars on reviews. Most of the reviewers related the same experiences I have had there. Today I look back and all of the negative review are gone and they have 4 stars. I did not know they could get rid of or manipulate reviews. I am 74 yrs old and have been lied to, yelled at and it would take to long to go over lol of this bad unprofessional. behavior."
