"First I asked if they had my medication in stock and they said they did. Which is great because no other pharmacy does. Then they are VERY specific about telling me I need to live in a 20 mile radius. Which I do. So I tell my telahealth company to send over my prescription then I get a message telling me they don't take telahealth. Im living in trailer park in Alvin while my dog receives chemo in Pearland. We're from Montana and they don't have that service. I have doctor in Montana however this state doesn't take out of state prescriptions even coming from a freaking hospital. So I have to pay $175 for 5min on the phone with some $$$ doc in Huston just to get a script. I have no sympathy for these extremely local policies."

"Very dissapointing service. Was told they could fill my son's prescription (which is backordered everywhere else). My doctor called to confirm, which they did. I then called to pick up and was told they only fill prescriptions within 20 miles of their store. I wasted an entire day trying to find a pharmacist, only to have these people mislead me."
