"The dining experience was unsatisfactory; the food arrived cold, the wings were small, and our server was absent, requiring assistance from another staff member. Additionally, the wings were dry, and we received the check with our food, without any follow-up from our initial server."

"So this is one of those places where I didn't care for the food nor the choices. But I will say that the friends I was with loved what they had. Waitress was very good. Atmosphere was to be expected. It was a sports type setting."

"Online order for pick up. Food was ready upon arrival but they had to get the bag with the dips and carrots. Employee brings it out and says what’s inside, which does not match what we ordered. Went back to get the other items, comes back out and I asked again to confirm contents, when she confirms that was correct. Get home….and nope-did not get the # of dips per kind we ordered. Shouldn’t be that hard to get correct and what a shame the person didn’t correct it to the order when they said they did"

"Phone call was a little messy when we ordered for pickup. Nice but seemed under experienced in customer service. Food came out great and on time. Bathrooms were a little smelly but overall cleaned. Did charge someone else for my order so I paid for theirs out of good will. Basically same price. Didn’t get forks or napkins with our order but that’s minor I suppose. Overall, enjoyed my experience here and may be back if I’m over here working again."

"Placed our first online app order with this location on September 21, 2023. On arrival we were told our order was not ready. After about 5 minutes we were told by the manager that the location was out of stock of Carribean Jerk Bottles of sauce and were asked if we would like a different variety. I stated no thanks, just refund the $5.49 cost for the bottle of sauce. We were told that the refund would take place when the managers closed the books for that days sales. Our ticked was marked by the cashier for refund and placed into the cash drawer. We were told by the cashier that the managers were “very good” about refunding the charges. We received our carry out order and left the location. Upon arriving at our hotel room and opening our order, we found that we were also shorted our additional French Fry order. As of today, we have not received any refund for our Jerk Sauce unavailability and one top we were shorted food. At least the wings were ok! Apparently a persons “word” isn’t worth what it use to be. It’s not the money, but the lack of customer service is concerning."
