Jascur Speed Lube

"I called Jascur, fuming mad about something broken on my kids new (to her) car that Walmart blamed on the last person who changed the oil. I did research and that was Jascur. Well, turns out Jascur did NOT do said thing. The owner of Jascur was still SO kind to me and took the time out of his day RIGHT THEN to come look at my kids car at Walmart and take care of the issue EVEN THOUGH HE WASN'T EVEN AT FAULT! That is amazing customer service! We will be using him from now on. My dad even said he is going to drive the 45 minutes to use him from now on! You really can’t get much better service than that. Long winded, but the owner of Jascur is a wonderful man and capable of dealing with super overwhelmed, freaked out, dramatic women like me. Bravo. Lol"

"Absolutely fantastic.!! The service was the best I have seen in a long time. And the 2 Gentlemen that Were working there were the most polite and courteous!! They politely answered any questions or comments that I may have had and were very knowledgeable of their work. I would personally recommend them to anyone in this area.!"

"Wish I could put negative stars!!! Took my new car in for an oil change since I heard great things and had the best price around. BAD CHOICE. They put the wrong oil velocity into my car, the next day my dash lit up like a Christmas tree. After spending thousands at the dealership in repairs my husband contacted jascur (taking forever to actually Connect with the owner) to let them know what happened & ask for a refund since I had to spend so much to fix THEIR mistake. Owner said he would work on his computer system to get us a refund and call my husband back by Friday (this was Tuesday). Over a week later my husband called again to be told the best he can do is give a free oil change. Not acceptable since I will never trust them touching my new Grand Cherokee again. This is completely unacceptable and not professional, next steps will be legal actions for damaging my car and not righting the wrong of their error. I get mistakes happen, but take responsibility and right your wrongs!!!!"

"They did a great job cost was a little more than what I was quoted when I called, I did tell them the year make and model, serms like they would ha e known it would take 6 quarts ratger than the 5 quart normal of synthetic oil. I did not know the they made them with 6 quart capacity. I am attracted to vehicles with special needs or parts & extra everything. I never remember to check on this before I buy the car I discover it after the fact."
