Then had a small accident with my hood. Took it back to Gary and not only was the repaint of the hood better than when it got there. He also aligned it perfectly. Hood never looked so good. "Wasn't the cheapest, but was the best. Bought leveling shocks for my truck but didn't like the look of cheap rental spring compressors to be able to do it myself. I called just shy of a dozen different places to get estimates and timelines. My usual places told me they didn't have the equipment to do an alignment after a lift. Some places never called me back. Some places were closer and cheaper. Some places were way more expensive. Auto Tech in highland had the soonest appointment, for a better than middle of the pack price, and when he called me back he gave an exact quote and was polite and professional. I trusted other reviews here I can say that I am 100% satisfied. Truck looks much leveled, and my alignment is so spot on the the darn thing kept yelling at me to keep my hands on the wheel because it didn't need any input from me to keep her going straight and it thought I took my hand away."

"I called, Friday, and made an appointment for the purchase and installation of four new tires ($750-ish). I was told he was ordering my tires and to come in on Monday at 9 am, and so I did. The young girl at the front desk advised that, though she noted we’d spoken in their records, the appointment was never scheduled. No apology. A few minutes later she mentioned ordering the tires, confirming that wasn’t done either. Understandably, I was upset. Rather than voice my displeasure, I told her “nevermind” and walked out of the building. In my agitation I failed to shut the door. This is when she condescendingly yelled she’d shut the door and slammed it shut. I understand mistakes happen; I do NOT understand attacking a customer when YOU are in the wrong. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this business."

"I'll sum this up quickly. Cassens in Edwardsville tells me I have a rod knocking in my 2012 ram pickup and a replacement engine was 11,000 dollars. I called around to a bunch of places to see if I could get one cheaper and auto tech actually came out to my house and listened to it a determined it was not a rod knocking. I had it towed for free from my insurance there and 4100 dollars later it was fixed and runs great plus he kept the parts to show me what had failed. Excellent and trustworthy place to take your vehicle. Plus everyone there is super nice."
