"It's the second time we've used the car wash. It's the second time the machine ate our money with no service. The first time was in wash-it-yourself and this time was in the touch-less automated wash. It was $15 the first time and $16 this time. We tried the rag wash and ot did work ($21). Moral of the story: If the floor isn't wet, don't use it."
