Walmart Pharmacy

"The pharmacist that work here are great and they are both always on point. Very helpful and kind. On the other hand, the girls that work as the pharmacy techs are so rude and lack common decency. They should seriously be reprimanded for the way they speak to the customers and how they conduct business. Compassion and respect go ALONG way in customer service."

"Every time i stop first thing in the morning they are alway lat gett in the pharmacy then they have to open all the widows before waiting on the customers that have been in line waiting for them. Dont come early afternoon the whole damn pharmacy takes lunch at the same time. If your in line oh well we will be back in 30 min. And there never back and open waiting on custemers in line. Usually 5 even 10 min late.cusomers time means nothing to walmart any more its time to find a nother pharmacy. Scene my review the pahrmisict has changed and the service is excellent now thay heven held off going to lunch to help me with my script."

"I hate I had to select the 1 star!! On today service was piss poor, and I mean unsatisfied- uncompromising- and simply no compassion for what they do!! I received to text message at 1:02 pm - stating that both my meds were ready I got dress left my house in the heat got to the pharmacy- arrived at 1:37 pm ! And there was a tech inside the pharmacy speaking to someone else and didn’t even ask me what I needed. Didn’t even say hello - horrible customer service to say the least! Only thing he stated was that the the pharmacy was closed from 130 to 2pm ! I explain my situation to him told him I had just received a text in the text. He closed the pharmacy door and walked off !Nothing in the text states that the pharmacy will be closed from 1:30 to 2 PM. Although there is a small sign posted on the wall! New to the area just recently started getting my prescription at this particular location BUT TODAY I will have my prescriptions transferred back to the H-E-B in Cypress. I would rather drive 30 minutes to get quality service from techs /pharmacist who are genuinely interested and go beyond to help! This Walmart Pharmacy in Hempstead Tx … one word TRASH!!"

"The Hempstead Walmart pharmacy pharmacist always does their best to make sure I understand my prescriptions, and asks me if I have any questions. Although they are sometimes very busy, the staff always makes sure my medications are filled at a convenient pick up time and I have what I need to stay healthy. I appreciate their caring and knowledgeable staff so I decided to give them 5 stars!"
