Walmart Pharmacy

"On Thursday, we needed a chemo drug 11 days from the time we turned in the prescription to Walgreens. On the following Monday, Walgreens said it was out of stock and that they could not have it for 30 days. I called WalMart after talking to Walgreens. Melanie dealt with the situation, including getting the prescription from Walgreens. She also said it was out of stock but would have it for us by Wednesday or Thursday. We had it by midafternoon on Wednesday. Thank you Melanie!!!"

"Called ahead to ensure the prescription was not going to be returned because I could not pick it up in time due to a back surgery. Came in two days later and YEP returned and must wait again to refill. Ridiculous"

"Very fast pharmacy. Most RXs can be knocked out within 30 minutes after arrival. Pharmacists are knowledgeable. Majority of Technicians are pleasant. Do recommend to others."

"I have used Walmart for my pharmacy since I was a baby and never have I had an issue until I started using Boerne’s Walmart Pharmacy. Today I was yelled at and talked over for asking for clarification on my medication cost. I was fully ready to pay (card in hand), but the pharmacist belittled me and laughed at me for saying I would wait to speak with my insurance... Now, I am currently looking for a new pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions because I will not be treated with such disrespect. I don’t care for patients 12 hours a day to get off from my shift only to be sh*t on by some cranky old hag. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Save your time and money and go somewhere that will actually treat you with some respect or decency AT THE LEAST."

"We have been loyal Walmart Pharmacy customers for about 20 years however, this Boerne Crew has see the last of us. Not that they will care, we have used them for the 2 years we have been here. We are in Walmart daily and we are OLD so we have lots of medications and not one person acknowledges us by Name, they don't make eye contact and show recognition, it appears we are an inconvenience. The final blow was that in my Doctors Office they actually showed me how the new setup works and literally let me watch as they electronically sent the 2 prescription. That afternoon, only one showing up. Called and asked about the other, we haven't received from your Drs office. One but not the second and that my friends was a LIE. How many times they have told us "didn't get from your Doctor" It used to baffle me but no more. By the way, I am not a nameless competitor, my wife gave the Pharmacy Manager a heads up...she told them to look at all the bad reviews and ours wold be the newest. So, written complaint to Walmart, verbal complaint to the Manager. Does anyone care? Nope..."
