"None of the "hot food" is fit to eat. Very poor quality. Fake cheese on the pizza, no hot wing sauce for chicken wings, sausages left out too long. Busy only because of the location. There is now competition in Bergheim, see if the new convenient store does any better. Bergheim Circle K Valero is useless."
"The cashier were ok but not friendly. The car wash was horrible. Car was still very dirty after the wash and they charged $12 for std wash, even with a fill up. Not a great experience. Wouldn’t use them again."
"The customer service from Vlad makes this the worst convenient store in Boerne. He is consistently rude to customers and playing on his phone while he should be working. We have watched him dictate his personal policy for Circle K on the local Facebook page and argue with customers. Totally unprofessional."
"Whenever I’m in the area I stop at this location! They ALWAYS provide great customer service in a friendly way! Yesterday specifically I called and spoke to Mackenzie. I like the Energy Now Ginseng products and have a problem locating them in San Antonio. Mackenzie was so upbeat and kind over the phone and went to see if they had any. They did and she even agreed to put them aside for me since it’s a long drive there. When I arrived she continued to be upbeat and friendly! I really appreciate Mackenzie going above and beyond to provide awesome customer service!!!!"
"Car wash didnt take bugs off windshield, or bird droppings from hood\side front. Guess you got to preclean your vehicle before you wash it. Wasnt much either, fresh bugs and do, hadn't been there for more than hour and a half. Truck was clean this morning when I left."
