"My endocrinologist sent my prescriptions to this pharmacy and I AM NOT SAD! This pharmacy is the best thing to ever happen to me. Every time i call with questions or for refills i speak with Lauren and by golly she is the sweetest, most helpful person. She takes the time and patience to speak to me. You’d never know if she might be having a bad day cause her voice always has a smile and kindness. My meds have been delivered the next day every single time. It’s one less thing i have to worry about in my busy life. Seriously the BEST pharmacy I’ve ever used. I don’t ever want to have to move a prescription from this location. "First few times using this pharmacy was great. They were quick, on top of it, and I could always get ahold of someone if I needed something. First issue, I was supposed to get a 90 day supply of one of my prescription but only received a 30 day supply. I had to call the pharmacy and speak to several people to find out they could only send me 30 days at a time because they did not have enough to send me a 90 day supply. Second issue, I started having to call the pharmacy each time I needed a refill sent because they stopped processing/sending my prescriptions when they were due for a refill. Third issue, it has been 5 days now that I have been unable to get ahold of the pharmacy. I had to call my doctor to get a new prescription sent to another pharmacy so I could get my prescription that was supposed to be sent to me 2 weeks ago… The impression I have is that they do not have the staff or supplies to support the amount of prescriptions/patients they have, unfortunately."
