"I need to give a shout out to Dr Courtney. She extracted a tooth for me a few days ago and there simply isn't anyone better. At least I don't think. Numbing my jaw, including the roof of my mouth, was virtually painless. I mean not even discomfort. The extraction was effortless and her bed side manner is always so relaxing.....and calming."

To everyone who feels like their teeth are so bad there is no point anymore there is one dentist that will just help you, Dr Paul Harder. "Dr. Courtney is not good at doing front teeth. I've had the same tooth worked on 3 separate times because she kept messing up and now I have to get it fixed AGAIN. Everytime she works on my front teeth she connects them to other teeth and I can't get floss through. She's OK with back teeth but she told me my fillings would last 15 years and they only lasted a year and a half."

"Customer service and presentation is everything.. no way around it. Not sure what is going on with the front office staff currently BUT 2 years ago it was an amazing place to visit. Two years ago while serving in the military my son visited home and needed to get into a dentist as soon as possible. This office was a gem at the time. From the initial conversation to schedule his appointment until we left after treatment. Honorably and medically discharged now he wanted to return for more treatment and his older brother was so impressed with what he experienced in he last he wanted to become a patient. SMH.. does the dentist know how from the office manager (Tina or Vickie) are mishandling staff? Couldn’t possibly be aware. From simple questions not being able to be answered..both Vickie and Tina were suppose to return calls.. never happened. Alexis(sp?) had X-rays, office notes from previous dentist sent to her with the promise of following up after receipt. 1 1/2 week after receiving no follow up.. I initiated the f/u yesterday, November 27,2023 only to be disgusted and surprised with the lack of knowledge of what the other office staff were doing.. couldn’t find information sent over to them.. again, SMH!!! Maybe the dentist are aware maybe not… but with staff such as this. The office will surely crash at a very high rate of speed and hard. My sons each have no issues going elsewhere but it’s surely sad that they have to. Again , knowledge, customer service and presentation and please do not forget respect are just a few ingredients to having a successful business. Be blessed and please search elsewhere if you’re looking to get great care. It’s not the same here.."

"I would give a 1 but I lOVE Dr. Edwardson. He is amazing. . It’s just the dental group that is not. They overcharge and then take months to send you the money back. We have insurance that pays and they still overcharge. Today we went to get our 6 month cleaning. We’ve been going there for 5 years. Every 6 months we get a cleaning. I got new insurance which includes 2 free cleanings a year. They told me I had to pay upfront and then get reimbursed later. I walked out and switched to another dentist office that does not do that. SMH. I will miss the dentist but not the dental group."
