"For a weeks and a half, I've been calling them and sent an email to refill my prescription and no one has answered the phone. I went by before closing time and they were closed. Today, 3/21/22, someone finally answered the phone and the lady told to me to call back because their internet wasn't working and their system was down. I got confused when she asked me for my name and DOB and asked me if I was calling regarding my prescription(she mentioned the name of the prescription) and I told her yes. A couple of hours later, I tried calling again and no one is answering the phone. I've decided to transfer my prescription to somewhere else."
