"CVS is the worst pharmacy in the entire region. We are unable to find any CVS worth going to. Their service is beyond horrible and inexplicably bad. It seems that they intentionally understaffed their store, stress out their employees, and minimize prescription inventory. Now, customers have to witness pharmacist, screaming at their pharmacy techs. We were required to use a specific savings card instead of our pharmacy plan by the pharmacist. He lied to us and told us it would take days to rebill it since they had already incorrectly processed it. The techs tried to correct him, but he screamed at them. Another pharmacist tried to calm him down, but he stormed out of the pharmacy—- as he screamed more demands at the staff about other orders. He even gave us the wrong prescription!!!"
