"I decided to try and take the family out last Saturday and give this place a try again since I was told they got new management and there was changes made to the building. I wanted to give a shout out and big thumbs up to the improvement of Brickhouse it changed so much since we was last there and to our server she was very friendly and polite even though it was chaotic and extremely busy being completely full with all the kids running around and the booths full of people. She immediately informed us that there may be a long wait for food (something the person up front didn't do) as we sat down giving us menus and she introduced herself as Sam and that she was the only server for the evening for the whole kids side of the building. She listen to the littlest one talking to her with their stutter giving encouragement and patience when ordering and then read the order back to make sure it was right. As a former server myself I believe she did a fantastic job and that meant so much to my little one after having bad experiences in the past. Even though there was one table near us in the middle that was being very rude jerks treating her like she was stupid, using mocking tones and trying to cause a scene about some food it looked like. She seemed to handle it polite, immediately as possible and still dealt with their harassment and dirty looks as she continued to serve them and everyone else. Even with all of that sam just kept chugging along like the happiest person checking up on us and others through out it all serving up smiles just as much as she was running back and fourth with drinks, food and refills as fast as one server could with all the chaos, drama and kids running around. I hope she gets to see this review and knows I was watching her and everything going on and appreciate her kindness and what she did for the kiddos and that she is a big reason we are for sure coming back again and to not let customers so disrespectful like that discourage her. She was doing a great job and sure handled the harassment better then I would of (in my opinion those people should of been asked to leave with how rude and entitled they was to her). The new management is doing awesome with their improvements, rearranging of the building, having outstanding servers, and with the very much improved customer service being provided for sure!!!!!!"

"This place would get much better reviews if they would speed the service up! They have good food but when it takes 30 minutes to just get an appetizer it’s ridiculous. We love the pizza but we don’t want to spend 45 minutes waiting to eat! The atmosphere is awesome and the owners have done a great job giving the community a place to hangout. Just speed the service up."

"The food was better than expected for an arcade style restaurant! The nachos were much larger than expected and HUGE! We really enjoyed all the games. Everything was very clean, and we could see staff cleaning the machines throughout our visit."

"The food was delicious. The vibe was A1… our server was great…even came to find us playing games to let us know our food was up… You can even get a complimentary game card with certain entrees. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely return!"

"This is honestly some of the best food I’ve ever had! I have tried numerous items on the menu from fried pickles, toasted ravioli, BLT, mighty mighty burger, buffalo chicken pizza, buffalo chicken wrap, both pretzels they offer. I have yet to be disappointed with any of the food. They have extremely friendly staff. The bar offers a wide variety of drinks. There are so many things to do here you can play laser tag, throw axes, duckpin bowling, arcades, billiards (pool). They even have a section of couches set up to just hang with friends and relax. This place is anything but small it’s huge! The bar is a huge U shape on the right as you walk in with a beautiful design all the way around. If you don’t check this place out you are missing out!"
