"Shady made an appointment to get my car fixed the guy told me to take it to Firestone to get an alignment saying they'll find out what's wrong and won't be able to perform the alignment before I fix the problems suggesting they would not charge me for finding the problems and then I bring it back to him to fix well they did exactly what he said but they charged me a fee of $40..... needless to say I didn't go back. Updated so people will see"

"He was very nice and upfront with me. Needed a wiper tracking piece replaced. Was reasonable in price to do the work. Had small issue with getting vehicle in to look at it as he had to keep delaying meeting me for getting parts in IL side of QCs. But he was fast about getting it done. I will go back to them."
