"Dr. Allen is great however the receptionist there Jackie has no empathy, interrupts without hearing the customer out as to how severe a situation is, assumes she knows from a one sentence answer and is just downright rude. Know it alls that have no empathy should NOT be the face of customer service nor should they be working in customer service. Very disappointed."
