"Review update: we went in today for me to start my denture steps. We were told that my husband, who had already paid for his treatment in advance, had to pay another $900, on top of what we had already paid. Mind you, he has had nothing done yet. We have all of the documentation showing what work was to be done, what we agreed to, and what we had paid, and now we have to pay more?! Not cool! Do not recommend this place at all! We love Dr Dacin, and all of the DA's, but the manager was way out of line. And, Aspen Dental will do nothing to make this right! Do yourself a favor, and go anywhere else but here!"

"Well to start I believe they extracted a tooth that didn't need to be extracted. They they gave me a temporary partial that still doesn't fit or work. I am canceling all future work from Aspen Dental and requesting money back. I am also calling my insurance companies to recommend that aspen Dental be removed from their network."

"**AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL POSSIBLE** I will never go to Aspen Dental ever again! I took the day off work after I scheduled an appointment to get my tooth removed so they could prep the rest for extensive work ($12,000). I confirmed after I got off the phone with the receptionist that my visit was to be for the removal. When I got there, of course, they had no records down for me to get the tooth removed. I just got x-rays done this summer and they said they wanted to do another consultation, which means they wanted to upsell me more work. The office manager which is new, was the worst office manager I’ve ever dealt with there! She couldn’t even apologize to me for messing up my appointment and when I asked if I could still get my tooth removed she said, and I quote, “It ain’t gunna happen today”. She also bad mouthed an ex employee “Sam” who use to work there that I happened to actually like!! Someone in that position should have proper speaking etiquette and phrase words that seem professional. I have already sought out another place in town that is cleaner and has friendlier staff and can accommodate me for my needs and not theirs!"

"After speaking with the new manager today I felt much more confident that I would have a great experience with a successful outcome. Staff was VERY attentive and focused on detail. The visit was better than I anticipated. The West Burlington Aspen staff is exactly what customers should experience."

"Dr. Dacin did an amazing job on my front tooth! She does exceptional work. Very detail oriented. The entire office made me feel welcome and comfortable. Tasha, the Dental Assistant, was very attentive and caring. I will definitely be going back for any future work that needs done. Very pleased."
