"I want to say I had a positive experience at this place, but I am a little disappointed in my visit today. I stopped by the Book Rack for the first time today, and was greeted by a woman. She asked what I was looking for, and I shared that I haven't taken time to read a book in many years and was hoping to get back into it. I looked through the store and asked about a book on a display. Since this is a used bookstore, I asked her if there was a used version available. She laughed at me and told me I was funny. I stated back that I knew nothing about the book and it was just recommended to me by a friend. She continued to laugh at me, tell me that was funny and apparently she was on the phone with a friend during this exchange and then told her friend what I said, and how funny it was. I again knew nothing about this book and felt fairly embarrassed to be treated like this. I still purchased the book and several others, but overall I felt embarassed by the interaction. The place is nice, has a nice selection of books and the prices are very good."

"Very great place to get used books! If you can't find a book in store, they will order it for you for the cheapest price possible! Most used books cost around $5, which is a lot better than buying for full price at big name book stores"
"This local small business book store is truly a gem, I just got back into reading and books are so expensive. I was absolutely shocked when I saw the price of two used books that were in very good condition, I mean shocked in a great way. I had never been there before and I only spent $13 for two books!! I couldn’t believe it! The workers were so nice and very helpful, also found out that you can return books for store credit which is such an amazing policy. I’m so happy to have found this place and will continue to come back and tell all my friends!"
