"I have been a customer of Royce’s Pharmacy for 25+ years. I won’t go anywhere else. I take a lot prescriptions and Ravin the pharmacist has been a big help keeping them all straight and answering questions I have. There is a medication or 2 that I take that they have to order and Ravin is good about telling me when it will come in and when I can pick it up. I appreciate that. Ravin does her best everyday for customers. I’ve seen them when they are totally swamped and when they are not, and she treats every customer the same. Ravin does a good job running the pharmacist. Year's ago when Mr. Royce retired it was hard to adjust to for a lot of people.I miss him. But in my opinion, Raven by far is the best pharmacist that he’s had there since he retired!!"

"If I could leave no stars I certainly would. The pharmacy technician, in-store owner, Raven denied my medication on the day that it was to be filled even at my doctor's orders I have a disability and without my medication I could go into seizures and actually die. Even after this was expressed to her she seemed not to care and she lied about everything that was said to my doctor and from my doctor. This woman does NOT deserve to be in public service jobs.. She WITHHELD A MEDICATION THAT CAN END MY LIFE. I don't know where she came from but she needs to go. It used to be such a friendly staff. We have been customers for years. Not anymore. She's going to drive that place in the ground."
