"Employees are rude and tried to make every excuse not to help me. I walked in with winning lottery tickets and "rocky" I think his name was especially rude. Might be time to think about a new profession bud. I'll be taking future gas, grocery, and lottery tickets to the exon right across the street."

"An employee of the name Andrew, was extremely rude with me today. There was no one at the front so I was waiting in line at closed register, though it’s only 2 steps to left of the open one.. when this man makes the comment “You don’t see the 3 signs, there’s no money in that register.” First off, no reason to even make the comment as I had no problem just walking over to the open one. Secondly, his tone was anything but polite… that is not someone who should be put in a position in a customer service postion. When I told Andrew I did not like how was he speaking to me and would appreciate it if he would just check me out, instead of making a scene that I had simply been standing at the wrong register. He then went on to tell me he refuses to allow me to purchase my drink, and that it’s his right without any reason as to why. I understand people have bad days and we are all human, but to be completely embarrassed and treated poorly over a mountain dew is ridiculous."
