"Had my girlfriend get her wisdom teeth removed and they had her strapped down to a chair. Later during the day of the same surgery I had to take her to the ER and give her shots just to bare the pain she was in. Then had to take her to the hospital again two days later because the pain hasn’t gone away and she can’t even eat or sleep."

"The staff is friendly, but I had a horrible experience. I had to get a tooth extracted I was supposed to be sedated but I felt everything it was extremely painful not only that but i was strapped to the chair and 2 nurses held my head still and bruised my arm from 1 side to other. They put me to the recovery room where they told my family I'd be emotional I was bawling and having major body shakes I'm in still in major pain 3 days after and I will be for a awhile I shouldn't be in this much pain. I would not recommend going here."

"Customer assistance is poor. Multiple calls claiming the location is 'closed' when in fact they're simply not picking up the calls (as I received a voicemail asking me to call back, proving that the location isn't closed.) They did not answer my follow up call as requested by their voicemail. I'm not sure if they ignore incoming calls or have some sort of issue with their network, but it resulted in an extremely frustrating experience simply getting a human to answer the phone. The likelihood of them having no time to answer the phone for an entire day seems low."

"We had excellent same day service for my 7year old daughter’s tooth extraction. Very helpful staff from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the dentist. They let me stay with her until she was falling asleep and explained everything to me. Highly recommend!"
