"Purchased a 2017 used Honda Accord from Kyle after my older car had been involved in an accident and was totaled while parked on a side street. When telling this to Kyle he immediately asked if everyone was okay. Luckily it was unoccupied at the time, but the immediate concern shows exceptionally personable customer service. Kyle was in constant contact with us after we had inquired about the vehicle and answered any questions we had pertaining to the car prior to even meeting him in person and physically seeing and inspecting the car. Once we arrived, he greeted us before we even closed our car doors after arriving at the dealership. Before taking it out on a test drive and getting a copy of my driver’s license, he offered us complimentary beverages (coffee/water). During the test drive he was very cordial and gave us details of the car and was upfront and honest about its condition. Before the purchase Kyle and the Kimberly Car City group generously let us do a PPI with our mechanic and a day later it came back as in good condition. During the closing of sale, Kyle worked with us and let us know about all the paperwork, financing, and services available. Once finalized, the Kimberly Car City group provided a complimentary car wash and detailing before we drove it off the lot the very same day the deal was finalized. All around, great and caring service by Kyle and the Kimberly Car City group. 5 out of 5 would do business with Kyle again, but would prefer not having my car being totaled on a side street to work with him again."

"Service Department did an outstanding, professional job on my 2010 Town & Country Van with 175,000 miles. I scheduled it for a Creek in front and a fluid leak. They say honesty is gone in the auto service world, not True! I was Greeted by Jenn, Written up and advised of the Estimated cost to diagnose my concerns ( great start). They were very busy yet in no time my Van was being looked at by Harry Hitchcock The Manager. Harry drove my van first to verify my concerns, Then he absolutely and accurately found the truth of my vans condition. I’m proud of Harry’s Honesty, the diligence of the Parts Department in sourcing the needed parts, and the calm Command Presence Harry exhibited ( I’m a USMC Vet) In closing Teamwork needs Leadership to be successful. I’m proud of his team. I’ll be back to finish needed repairs at a Fair Price. Best, Brandon Kelly"

"Great experience! Tucker was great to work with as we live 1,000 miles away from the dealership. We did everything over the phone and through the mail to purchase our Jeep.
