"I most likely will not be coming here again. Lifelong JiffyLube customer. Prices have gotten to be too much with this place. Asked if they could do a tire rotation, and the guy told me “I’ll check”. He was already billing me by the time he told me they can’t do it. During my visit he also told me that my coolant needed flushing for $160 and that I needed new filters for $70. Would have spent $350 if I didn’t say “no thanks”. Going to have to find another place."

"Absolutely terrible experience. First, I called to ask what their wait time was, and the worker said “I don’t know, it’s first come first serve basis.” So I showed up, pulled up behind the door and went inside. My car was next up in line for an oil change. We waited 20 minutes and then the bay opened up, but the garage door broke, so they couldn’t open the door. Then the bay next to ours opened up, but another vehicle showed up, so they pulled that car in instead of mine. One of the workers told the manager that our car was up next, but he completely ignored him. When I went and approached the manager about the situation, he told me he couldn’t back my car up because he didn’t want to get into an accident.. um, what? I proceeded to tell him we had been waiting for over 20 minutes and our car was up next, but he just argued with me instead of fix the problem. When I told him he was being rude, he responded with “you just going to keep arguing with me?” Then walked away. Once they fixed the broken door, they then backed my car up and moved it back to the bay it was initially at. Sorry, but I thought you couldn’t back up vehicles? I tried approaching him again to discuss the situation and he completely ignored me. I cannot believe he is the manager. He was so unprofessional and so disrespectful. Never going here again."
