"The staff is really helpful"
"I have been a customer for many years, this afternoon I arrived at their drive thru around 5:40 with only one car ahead of me. They took about 25 minutes with the customer in front of me, until they finally moved the car forward just to tell me that they couldn’t have my medication ready the same day. I advised the pharmacist I was there prior to their closing time, he mentioned they had a busy day and that they couldn’t assist me. They made me wait me and other cars behind me until 6:10 just to tell us that they couldn’t assist me. I had my child sick in the car, explained to the pharmacist the situation and still didn’t help. I will never return this pharmacy again, I had been going here for many years. I understand closing time is at 6 therefore on their end they should have moved the car forward or they should have a sign no further prescriptions after a certain time."

"I arrived at the pharmacy to pickup a prescription. The lady at the front desk asked for my insurance card & verified coverage. She then said to give her 10 minutes to fill the order. I ended up waiting 5 hours only to be told that they don't accept United Health Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana or Aetna. She then proceeded to use profanity when I asked why she kept me waiting there for 5 hours. I would give ZERO STARS if that was an option. As a professional business owner, THIS WAS THE WORST INTERACTION & POOREST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED !! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT !!"
