"sometimes the wait times are so long. A lady told me I need to call ahead to prepay, but I've never have been told such a thing. I always call and theres no issue on giving me the meds on the spot. As far as attitude from staff, its not super pleasant. Eloy I believe is his name, is dry and when asked a question his response is vague. However, there's 2 people who are SUPER nice and will try to help as much possible are Mario and Elvis. Very nice and attentive. overall this pharmacy is eh. just to pick up meds and leave. if you need further assistance and neither of the 2 people mentioned are working that day, don't bother."

"June 28, 22 may be the worst pharmacy experience in my life. Woman who retrieved my Rx was rude, dismissive, slow and hostile. That was simply just checking out. The Rx was ready."
"It's nice to know that HEB still has the customer care. At an unfortunate time when the neighborhood got flooded they set up chairs, donuts, sweet bread, juice and coffee for all the flooded and stranded people. May God Bless HEB for their goodness."
