"Had a decent selection of Dudes, but not the color/style we really wanted; we bought 2 pair anyway. Ladies working were friendly enough, not super attentive. We had to buy a display pair because it was the only one in our size. The bottom of the display was pretty dirty but nothing was said about it, it was just put in our box."
"Very nice people, good selection of shoes and boots. Prices seemed competitive. We got uncle Frank out of the home to get him some slippers. He was flirting with one of the store associates and had a hard time focusing on the job at hand. But we found a nice pair for a good price. I'm glad we only take him out once a month!"
"I wasn't impressed with selection in youth shoes. I couldn't find any size 5 women's boots and only 3 to 4 pairs of shoes that size throughout the store. I plan on returning the pair I did purchase,they are too small for the person I bought them for. I hope my experience at Shoe Dept. Improves."
"I have shopped here several times. I've shopped in store and online. I was very pleased with my online shopping experience. Shoes fit well and were a perfect match for my wedding dress. I've bought several pair of shoes here over the years, and a couple purses. I wear a size 12 Woman's shoe, so I have very few places I can shop for cute shoes. The Shoe Department places stickers on larger sizes so you can find them easily. Staff is always friendly and extremely helpful!! They will even check their online store to see if a shoe you like comes in your size, and will have it sent to the store."
