"The care provided was very thorough and the on site staff friendly and courteous. That said, trying to reach someone at this practice by phone is a nightmare! You leave a message with a simple post visit question and wait 26 hours for a response. As a former health care administrator I find this simply unacceptable."
"I had a small area on my scalp that I wanted to have checked out. They were able to get me in next day. They checked it out and luckily it was benign. It was treated and I didn’t have to worry. Going back for full body check as I am due now for my yearly check. Wonderful staff and I feel happy to go to Vitalogy!"

"I loved my experience with my DR. and she took the time to talk to me but the front office staff and the staff that is supposed to call about biopsy results is another story. I have had to call this office 3 times to ask someone about getting my results. I am not getting no returned calls and the staff that answers doesn't seem like they care. Working in the healthcare industry I know how important it is to work with patients. Not impressed with the service they give to their patients."
