"Not much to share other than disappointment. Getting a hold of anyone there had been a challenge from the start. Upon arriving, the gentleman was unprofessional most of the time. To add to the situation, while walking down the isle the shoe fell apart. Upon returning the items, before apologizing, he tried to tell me how he cut us a deal by not charging us $10 for the shoes… therefore pulls out a $10 from his wallet and says next time you’re out have a drink on me. Unprofessional"
"I want to start off with suits are not bad, this is 100% a bad review due to covid safety protocols. Ken the Taylor greeted me at the door and just straight up wasn't wearing a mask, didn't pretend to keep one under his nose didn't have one around his wrist, wasn't even one nearby he could have reasonably taken it off and forgot about. He just straight up doesn't care about State and county mandates and the safety of the wedding parties he is serving. And of course if he was just working in the back by himself or with other employees that's understandable, but when he's in the front greeting people and talking to people before making alterations it is unacceptable not to do the bare minimum and just put the mask on. TJ was the guy who was actually helping me try on the suits and make sure everything fit properly, he was super friendly and did everything he could to make sure that the suit fit properly and that I was wearing it correctly. 10/10 if his experience was the ONLY experience I had there, 5-star review easy! Tl;Dr: this company does not care about the safety of your wedding , if you want to open up this avenue of exposure to all of your guests, the suits are nice and TJ is the man to talk to! If you care about keeping your wedding party and by extension your wedding guests safe, there's a men's Warehouse 5 minutes North on Lagrange"
"Staff was great helping us pick out tuxes! Spent so much time making such small changes but always doing it with a smile so we could see exactly what we wanted. They have a large selection of tuxes colored vests. Would highly recommend using Black Tie!!"
