"***PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ MY REVIEW*** If I could give Aleida a ZERO I would! Highly unrecommended! I payed $150 as a down payment to lock my appointment but I never received the service! Horrible communication with Aleida, drove almost an hour ( usually it’s around 35 minutes but there was an accident that delayed me) and when I arrived she said she can’t see me because I was late, (which is absolutely her right), being so frustrated from getting stuck in traffic and my appointment getting cancelled, I asked her to return the $150 she said:”Sorry, company policy, I don’t refund the down payment!!!!” When I asked her why was I not informed about that when I booked the appointment, she said: Well, everything is in your email!! You should have read your email, all my clients do!” I raised my voice and told her that this unprofessional and unacceptable, this is not how you do businesses, she got mad and upset and said she’ll partially return the down payment ( $50 ) which I haven’t received till this day. I went back to the email and there was NOTHING about an un-refundable down payment!!!!! Do not waste your time and money!"
