"My fiancé and I went in to get fitted and try on suit/tuxedos for an upcoming wedding. I scheduled an appointment beforehand and had a screenshot of the confirmation on the website however never received and email confirmation and when I went into the store they had no record of the appointment so I had to wait in the queue. Once we were finally helped, the staff was entirely unhelpful. Upon asking to try on some different styles to see what looks good on me, we were informed that I would not be able to try anything on until I made a purchase. My fiancé and I left both confused at the policy and highly uncomfortable from our interaction with the salesperson. Would not recommend in any case for a wedding, steer as clear as you can."

"Service here has definitely declined. Walk in today there were only 2 other people in the store. I was not greeted or acknowledged for almost 15 mins. Mind you one staff member was not doing anything at all . I like the chain but I will never return to this location"

"I had a formal wear emergency, and Angela was able to assist in my chaos. My initial tuxedo was supposed to be shipped to the city and was lost in transit. I scurried into another Men's Wearhouse for an emergency tuxedo. After exploring all my options, an associate at another location was able to pull together one with some light tailoring to make in time for my event 2 days away. The jacket was not able to be worked on, so I reached out to this location for assistance. Angela was able to squeeze me and finished the sleeves just in time for my event the next day. Thank you, Angela, for stepping up and assisting in my time of need. I find it incredible that between two locations, I was able to pull together a cohesive look in about 24 hours."

"I went to this location to buy a new shirt and tie for an upcoming wedding as well as seeing if I needed any tailoring done to my suit. When I walked in I was greeted by Anthony who was a pleasure work with. He was incredibly nice and knowledgable. He took the time to make sure the suit I had fit correctly and even helped show me how to fold my suit pants correctly. He also took the time to help me select a great shirt and tie combo that looks great. I will definitely be coming here again if I have any suit needs."
