"I got a female primary Care physician. I'm not going to mention her name. I think she was not liar among the Methodist primary Care staff. She was horrible. I'm switching carriers, but within the Methodist West group. Overall, Methodist has all of my doctors, and I'm 74, so that is a lot of doctors."
"Very friendly service with inhouse labs. Went to see Dr Upchurch and she gave a good impression that she listens and very attentive. They are also training. The parking is 3 floors and lots of space. Front desk was very well staffed and seating was spacious for patients."
"My husband's prescription was needing a refill. He wasn't informed that we would need to come in and see his doctor and when he called to have is medicine refilled he was told he had to see her. Due to lack of available appointments the only option to get his medication in time was a virtual appointment. Dr. Kim refused to allow my husband to schedule that virtual appointment even with the condition that he would also come in for an in-person appointment. She then also canceled his refill for his INHALER. She's a horrible doctor that doesn't care about her patients and their health. Save yourself the time and go with literally anyone else. She's a nasty excuse for a health professional."

"Dr. Shayna Santos Upchurch... What a nice name of a person to remember. She made my day today by being so very attentive to the many questions my Mother and I had for her. I have never enjoyed a Doctor visit with my Mother like I did today. She actually brought me to tears of relief since we have not been able to find a doctor with such a warm personality and one that ask all the right questions. It felt like she cared and that it mattered. I'm very grateful for the experience since I am very much a skeptic."
