"Vet your front desk staff and get your billing department organized. Front desk is horribly rude. Thinking you can’t hear them, they talk trash about patients as soon as they think they are away from ear shot or when they think you are on hold over the phone and they REALLY insult clients with other staff members up until they realize you are not on hold and pass you off to another person. Billing is never available good luck with that if you’re trying to get your bills covered. It’s probably a one person show and they’ll just wing it and bill you erroneously having clients to fend for them selves to fix the mess. Clients be advised you will get a surprise bill in the mail after paying the cost upfront because they could not figure it out in the Beginning. You will be insulted. No professionalism no ethics. One or two decent doctor. However you got few rotten apples in the business. So my experience… horrible. Will I recommend this facility?… absolutely not. Administration and Doctors pick your team wisely they will sink the business. Unless it’s how you do business then I advise PSA to those reading this…find another clinic."

"Very kind and caring Nurse and Staff. I've always felt very comfortable and relaxed with my nurse from many years ago. Still a sweet person Chantel is a great Nurse . I'm so appreciative of her and to be a patient here. Everyone here is very kind to me and my family. Nice clean establishment."

"Looks like Northwest Women’s Center strive to continuously improve their services. My provider listened to me and answered my questions to my satisfaction. All the team members were attentive and responsive to my needs. Additionally, I felt my provider spent an appropriate amount of time with me and was friendly and helpful. He believes in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all his clients, and I'm glad that my provider exemplified those qualities. Furthermore, my provider was able to give me information in a way that I could understand. In my opinion clear communication is essential in providing effective healthcare, and he was committed to ensuring that I received the information I need in a digestible manner. Lastly, I was satisfied with his ability to give me good advice, as well as their understanding of how I was feeling. He meet my expectations."

"Loved this place , Everything about it is great ,starting off with their clean open and spacious waiting room. I came from pristine obgyn clinic which was very unwelcoming and some of the interactions I had with the staff were very awkward on their end. This place is the exact opposite, very friendly and personable staff. On my appointment date which was on a Monday there was a very short wait time from the moment I walked in to the time I made it into my exam room , the staff has so much information that was provided to me considering I am having my first baby I have a small idea of what to expect and prepare for but this place is completely wonderful to be apart of as a patient and helps me feel more prepared as a new mom of what's to come during my pregnancy journey."

"I have been with Judy Greer since the 1960/Red Oak days. It broke my heart to find out that Judy Greer no longer was able to be my trusting go-to for my yearly due to no longer taking my ins. Reluctantly I made an appointment with a lady doctor (Dr. N); because of “being a NEW patient” all over again…. I was super happy with Dr. N and her bedside manner. Conversation was easy, she listened & gave suggestions, answered my questions throughly- she was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. N’s medical assistant was awesome as well. Super nice and again easy to talk to- very engaging. Great team!!!!"
