"They failed to inform me that my primary care physician (PCP) was no longer working with them when I called to schedule an appointment. During my visit, they did not mention anything about my PCP no longer being with them (I went twice the same week and not a word about it ). My insurance says they are not paying since my doctor was out of network (They choose a random PCP for paperwork), and now I have collectors contacting me for a mistake on the doctor's office end. I have tried to contact customer service, but have received no response."

"Okay y’all…I don’t understand why a lot of reviews have been so negative towards this location. The whole staff is AMAZING!!! Dr. Few feels like she could be a friend of mine and was patient with all of my questions. Nurse Natasha was fun to talk to while she took my information down. As well as nurse Erin, who gave me a booster shot, was hilarious, and I hate needles so this was a huge plus! The phlebotomist Elsa was also very accommodating when taking my blood tests. Finally, but not least, the whole front desk staff was friendly and helpful too. The reviews of earlier were probably during a time when the staff were overworked or probably when the clients did not show a smile. Seriously, just smile, make a slightly funny joke, and you’ll be out within an hour."

"I met with Dr Zamora 2 weeks ago and explained that I had a horrible cough and had heavily colored phlegm (brown and green). I asked if I could have a Z pack because I felt like it was a bacterial infection and she told me that it was a viral infection and recommended I take over the counter medication. I called that following Saturday to speak to an on call doctor and no one ever called me back or even left a voicemail. I tried calling this week to schedule a follow up with Dr. Zamora and the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. Needless to say I pursued a second opinion from afc Urgent Care and they immediately diagnosed me with BACTERIAL LARYNGITIS and prescribed me with a Zpack and other wonderful medication which immediately helped. Stay away from Physicians at Sugarcreek as they are rude, not knowledgeable and only seem to care about financial gain."

"Hidden invoices left right and center. They always hit you with a Hidden bill after you've paid the co-pay for your appointment up front. They always wanna know what you're in there for. You can request gynecology or something specific that requires no further info and then the receptionists will still dig for further more intimate info. They're not the doctor. Why do they need further info than what I've provided? You see a different doctor ever time. They leave you sitting in the room for an hour way past appointment times. But yeh, hidden bills are a nightmare."

"One of the best experiences I've had in a hospital environment. This was my first visit here and from the check in to the time I left, it was just awesome. Everyone so comforting and thorough and caring. I saw Dr. Zamora and nurses Joyce and Erin. I didn't catch the name of the lady in the lab but she was also amazing. Absolutely wonderful experience. Thank you!"
