"I have been a patient of Dr Ukpede for 2 years now for my back pain after my fusion surgery and so far the therapy and medication he has prescribed has changed my life, the Caudal injection really works for my back pain and leg pain, I’m so grateful I found him, he may appears sometimes like hard or difficult but we patients have to understand HE is The Doctor and believe me I have seen quite a lot of them in the last 6 years of my life surgery’s and procedures and hospitals so many of them, his MA miss Maria also very nice and friendly all the time. About the complaints I read regarding the preference of paying the copay’s I don’t mind that really because as a former business owner I understand his small practice have to pay so much to card companies in fees. Great job Dr Ukpede I wanted to thank you for all your help in my life."
"This is not a man that should be practicing medicine of any sorts. He is just after the money. He only takes cash payments. He refuses to see you unless you have your insurance card on you. This is after they just got all the approvals from the insurance. He is very short tempered and very quick to get mean with you. His receptionist is very good at rolling her eyes and huffing at you. Very unprofessional. I dodged a bullet with this one as other reviews I have read prove this attitude is common with him. He really seems like a angry man that is having his time wasted by you being in his clinic. Take this as a warning and dodge this bullet as well. Find another dr that will treat you like a human."
