"My mother has been in a motorized chair for over 20 year's from her arthritis, heart problems, and lympedema. Every 7-8 years she available for a new chair and she been seeing her Dr for 15 years and everytime she's been in her chair because she can't walk. This year is replacement chair time and the dr was informed about it and ordered her a manual chair that she can't use instead of what she's always had. When told that she was going to have to fill out paperwork for the replacement motorized chair she said she didn't want to deal with that so she sent a regular manual chair.I don't like that Dr's don't listen to there patients. I also think my mother will be changing Dr's soon."

"Appointment at 10am. I'm here on time. 40 mins and still waiting. It doesn't look like I'll be seen for another 10-15mins. Horrible. Front desk staff explanation is ... there is patient ahead of you. Does that mean you overbooked? Does that mean you have planning and management issue? I will be late getting back to work. Or my time with doctor will be cut short. On either case, I strongly discourage from coming here."

"These people are as incompetent as they come! My mother referred me here as this was her primary care doctor for a couple of years because she worked at the near by hospital. She would always call them quacks as they would always try and prescribe you medicine for any little thing and everybody always seems confused! I took a chance and started going here because the office visit was affordable if you are self-pay and I’m not a sickly person so it was mostly for well woman’s exam and the common cold. I eventually got insurance and my mother said I should definitely start seeing a better doctor now that I have the option to see better. Shame on me, I continued to stay for convenience and deeply regret it! These people put the wrong birthday on blood work which delayed my results, Dr. Pham gave the wrong referral when I specifically said in which body part I needed the referral for, they never write notes on your account so everyone who answers the phone or calls you back are beyond confused and never know what’s going on. They do not follow their own rules/policies and there isn’t any order around that office. One doctor/person will say one thing and another will do something totally different. They do not follow up when they say they will, you have to call a dozen times to get an appointment, and then settle for the doctors PA! To add insult to unjustly, if you try and tell them about their mistakes and that staff clearly needs better training, your words fall on deaf ears and the nerve of them to try and dismiss you as a patient for good. As if anyone would even consider continuing to come here after so many questionable encounters. I have fired these people way before I actually made the physical decision to finally switch it with my insurance, but my last unpleasant encounter was with the rude and clueless Dr Pham and her rude, ridiculous assistant Anitra. Stay away if you can, as I should have took my mother’s advice years ago and did the same."
