"This place is horrible I have been at this office and it has smelled like weed and some of the workers smell like they have been drinking"

"Full disclosure, I’ve never actually seen a Dr here. I did have an appointment. I called during business hours to cancel this appointment three days prior and I couldn’t get a hold of a person so I left a message cancelling. The day before the appointment I got an automated call reminding me of my appointment. I called the office again to cancel and again got voicemail. Once again, I left a message canceling my appointment. I assumed the appointment was canceled. I shouldn’t have assumed their office staff was competent. Two weeks later, I got a bill for a no-show. Again, I called during business hours and again I got voicemail. I explained in my third message now that I had canceled the appointment and I was not going to pay a no-show fee. About once a week or so now I still receive automated calls saying I owe them money. The fact that I can’t get their office to even answer the phone and then they have a message service that they don’t check is more than enough for me to know I will never go to this office. Paul"

"Response to office in my review. I am fully aware of the insurance that I have. I am also fully aware of the errors your staff made in authorizations, the months of delay and the extremely rude staff you have when I had to get a patient advocate involved. I am also fully aware of the fact that I was hospitalized 4 times for an illness that needed the medicine you were negligent in authorizing to infuse. I am also fully aware of the fact that after 7 months of your negligent office staff abusing me, I went to a different doctor and within TWO days, I was able to get my medicine approve AND infused. TWO days! Your office is negligent, your office manager is ill equipped at dealing with patients, your physician is careless and unconcerning and your pa, is rude and absolute worthless. TWO days. Please tell me what else you are fully aware of."

"This has been by far, the worst experience of a medical office I have ever experience. From the front end person, josette, to the incompetent p/a, Caitlyn, to the Dr who does not care about his patients. I would not recommend sending anyone to this place. It is awful. Absolutely Disgusting and it needs to be shut down immediately."
