"From the very start of the appointment I was very impressed with the professionalism of the check in process , as well as how quickly I was seen. Waited only about a minute or two and I was called back and was starting with my procedure. Nervous as I was having my hearing checked for the first time in 25 years, I was made to feel right at ease. Once the tests were done, the doctor was promptly in to tell me results and go over any areas he was concerned with, and answering all my questions. In all the experience and professionalism were excellent."
