"I came here for the first time today, and I must say from start to finish I had a great experience! no long waits was pulled back in a timely manner. the Nurse was very kind and personable. Dr. Pierce is the best! I'm so happy I found my new provider! I felt so comfortable from the time she walked in the door. She took her time, went over my medical history, discussed ways to improve my health. and did not rush! I have been searching for a new ob gyn for the past couple of years after my ob gyn retired. I immediately knew I was in great hands! I already told my family about her. Her beside manner is impeccable. Check out person was so very kind and sweet. I had a great experience and happy to call Dr. Pierce and her staff my new ob gyn family! Great customer service is so hard to find and I can say it is absolutely a priority here. Thank you all!"

"Until recently, I’d been a satisfied patient of Dr. Pierce. However l, last week I was called on the day of an appointment I’d set months in advance and told that Dr. Pierce would not be available for my appointment. I was told I would need to either reschedule or see the nurse practitioner. I decided to reschedule as it was my preference to see Dr. Pierce. Days later, I was called again to say that I was again elected to have my appointment changed. I was very upset as I’d taken the day off from work and could not make changes(I’d done this for the last cancelled appointment already). I explained that the change was a fault of the office and that I shouldn’t be penalized for 2 appointments changes. Unfortunately I was told that nothing could be done and was offered an appointment two weeks away. I expressed that the experience made me feel unvalued and disregarded as a patient and was met with little concern. Please be careful when coming here as your time and business are not valued."

"Made an appointment on ZocDoc just for them to call me the night before and told to call back. The next day, I called as soon as they opened and was told they would call me back in 20 minutes. I had to call back 45 minutes later and they told me my appointment was not approved so I had to reschedule 3 weeks after the date I was scheduled. If you are going to have a scheduling platform then you should know how to use it and it should be used efficiently. I drove from out of town for this appointment and now it is a complete waste of my time. Also, if you say you will call back then you should have the shortest of calling back especially if this is a timely concern."
