"I wouldn’t give them even a one star but I don’t have any other choice. They have ridiculously terrible customer service. They don’t pick up phone calls not even once a day. They should fire the register nurse who she doesn’t know her job or soon, they will lose a lot of their clients."

"Had a great visit to get the flu shot! The PA Insiya and Denise were very friendly and Denise made the experience painless. Friendly with my kids too! Getting the appointment was easy as well. Was able to get it same day. Easy check in."

"Dr. Zakir has always been great with my grandkids Tahj & Z - since birth! He always takes the time with them and last minute appts. He also provides paperwork when the KRK loses their records and asks no questions. He is consistent and always calm."

"I usually do not post negative things about doctors but this doctor misdiagnosed my granddaughter and that was a mistake. My daughter-in-law took her 4 yr old to see him after running a high fever for 24 hrs with congestion and coughing. He immediately says she us a urinary tract infection...really? She couldn't urinate.. says there's no congestion... the nurse checks her ears says they're fine then he checked her for the flu he says it's negative... he then says it's a cold and he refuses to give her any antibiotics but he does refill her nebulizer... this four-year-old then starts running a high fever and gets worse...my daughter-in-law takes her to a second opinion she is diagnosed with the flu she's diagnosed with ear infection and her fever got as high as 104. Mind you my daughter-in-law it's 38 weeks pregnant and this misdiagnosis could have been a lot worse for her and her unborn baby as well... need I say more?"
