"It takes alot for me to write a review let alone a bad review. But I am so disappointed with the care Dr. Saba Noor and her staff have given or lack there of. 1st - I had blood work completed. I received my results directly from the 3rd party lab. However, I waited for the Dr. to call me to go over some out of range results. Only to have one of her assistant read a pre written speech she had provided to them that had INCORRECT information. She communicated one of my levels were low but based on the report I receive it was NOT. I asked questions that she was unable to answer because she is not a DR. Asked if I could speak to Dr. Noor and she handed me off to the office manager. I have YET to receive a call from Dr. Noor to address my concerns for my test results. So I guess I will never know if what was said to me was accurate nor will my questions regarding the other levels be addressed. 2nd- I tried having my prescription filled prior to me going out of town but as always their office did not push it through until I was out of town. I have called all week trying to have them send to a pharmacy closer to me as I will not be back in town for a few weeks and they have communicated that if the pharmacy is not in their system they can not send it. All of this is over voicemail by the way because they never answer their phone when I call and I have called and least once a day for FIVE days. The Dr. Nor her staff have offered any work arounds or suggested any pharmacies in their network they can send it to. They have just thrown their hands up and are willing to let me go without my medication. Save yourself the time and find a Dr. and Staff who care about their patients and take pride in their work. None of which will be found at Texas Medical Associates of Katy. I will be finding a new provider myself."

"The office staff did now know how to verify my insurance, would not let me see the MD or even pay a flat fee to see the MD before they verified my insurance. The women could not get ahold of my insurance via phone (apparently for 3 months, as I made this appointment 3 months ago) so I had to call my insurance company. I got ahold of an agent and then passed my phone to the secretary at the office. Took 1 hour to do this,. All that and when I finally walked into the room for the nurse assistant to take my information the secretary immediately took her out of the room to help translate with another patient. This office has really poor professionalism as well as the fact that the secretary staff can’t even do their jobs. I love the physician though so I am hopeful that all will end well. Also it should be noted that the walls are so thin that I can hear the MDs assistant calling and talking to patients through the door while sitting and waiting in the patient room for the MD which is right across from where the md’s assistant is sitting and calling patients. This is called a HIPA violation"

"The staff are very professional, kind, knowledgeable and respectful. Dr. Noor always smiling and listening to my concerns and always willing to make the situation better. I am very satisfied with their service. I highly recommend Dr.Noor. I love this clinic and how they treat their patients."

"Very great doctors and staff! They make sure that you are heard and give you the best care that is needed in a timely manner! I would recommend this office to anybody, they are very patient and empathetic as a collective."

"Originally I was debating on posting a review. But this office is horrendous. They will fail to call in scripts for you after you have been told they would (as an established patient) the front office is especially incompetent, they’ll try to charge you a co pay even after your deductible is met. And when you refuse to pay look at you like you’re the one in the wrong, she shouldn’t be in healthcare. Do yourself a favor, wait for them to call your insurance, I did and was correct. The nurses though are amazing, one in particular is spectacular, and immensely helpful and if I could give her 5 stars I would. Initially I thought this place was amazing, but now I see through the shadow. Run. Hopefully the nurses that work there go to a better facility. They truly are amazing, so is my doctor there. Hopefully they both leave and find a better place because I’d follow them in a second."
