"Went there for ear infection, waited 2 hrs. Finally saw a doctor who barely checked me. Prescribed me to wrong medication after two weeks the pain is still there. Call them back again and they say I have to pay again. Bad receptionist, poor customer service skills. Doctor are not good there! Please avoid this place."

"Update: The nurses and caregiver make this place a little better. I would personally walk in instead of scheduling an appointment. I’ve never seen a phone representative who could me more rude and less caring. I needed urgent care and they kept insisting on not doing nothing but telling me to log in to their website. No wonder why this place has such terrible reviews."

"I made an appt at 11:15 got here 15 minutes early took them an hour an half to get back to a room to see doctor only to wait another hour and a half to get shots!!! Seriously not happy how can someone with an appointment get stuck waiting 3 hours and yet I was able to get my daughter's shots for school but if I had wanted to wait to see the doctor I would have to wait even more because supposedly the doctors had to take their lunches... I think this place needs more daughters!! I absolutely loved our doctor Nancy Naghavi but this is ridiculous and it's time I find a new Doctor!!!"

"Waited three hours and never saw a doctor. I left and they called back and apologized, said they could get me in right then. Came back and waited another half hour just for a doctor to come in, barely look at my son and say she doesn't know. And every time I asked questions she sounded annoyed and was rude saying, "I just don't know. Could be viral. Will probably go away as quick as it started." Nurses and support staff were nice and tried to be helpful. They also kept forgetting why we were there. They told us that he was due for a well child check up and then almost didn't do it. I had to remind them. They didn't do any test and the doctor actually laughed when I asked if his rash could be impetigo. I've put up with the long waits because the doctors were worth it. But now even that's gone. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I would give it zero stars if I could. ***edited to add** I took him to a different doctor and he was diagnosed with impetigo. The new doctor gave him a cream and now it's 90% cleared up."

"Waited a hour and half just to be rescheduled for an later appointment. Came in 20 minutes early for that appointment and still ended up waiting a hour. Doctor is great and so in nurse practitioner but the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. If you're trying to get in and get out I don't recommend this place."
