"Love Dr. Hees! We were recommended to The Oaks by our neighbors a few months ago for our 2 big dogs. However, we rescued a puppy and had to get him in first right away. The Oaks answered all my initial questions and got us in right away. We will be establishing care for our 2 big dogs in the upcoming weeks. We know all 3 of our pups will be taken care of with lots of love and compassion. We switched from another local vet office and we NEVER met the vet. They would take our dogs back and then all info would be relayed through the front desk, not even a vet tech. It was frustrating and often overpriced. The Oaks pricing has been fair. With 3 pups, we want a great vet, great care and not spend an arm & leg. Dr. Hees is also super personable and loves to see all his patients and owners (from what we have seen). His staff is great too. You can't go wrong with establishing care here for your pet."

"Can't recommend enough. After moving to Houston I tried four different vets before we found the Oaks. All four experiences were horrible so it was definitely a sigh of relief after getting my pets established here. I have seen all of the vets over the course of our time at the practice and a lot of different techs, all of which have been incredible. The prices are affordable and all of the staff are patient and kind not just the vets and techs. We've recently moved to Michigan and I'm bummed that we've had to leave such an amazing vet office behind. We will miss the great care we've received here. "Simply put: Everything about The Oaks is incredible. Between our four dogs, we’ve seen three different vets here and do each have our favorites, but we’ve never been disappointed. The medical care is exceptional; the team is so competent and compassionate, and the prices are affordable. Vet med practitioners deserve to be appropriately compensated for their knowledge, education, and expertise as healthcare professionals, and this isn’t a low cost clinic, but however Dr. Hees has struck the balance, it’s working! We feel very blessed to be clients of this business and can’t refer it enough.
