"They did right by me and my family. Left is a much better state of mind & knew how to cope. Yes, they call CPS because they have to BY LAW for their patients safety."

"THEY CALL CPS AT THE DROP OFF A HAT! BEWARE!! my child's therapist called CPS because she didn't have documentation of his living arrangement.... Like it's any of her business, but instead of asking the PARENTS ... Whom have documentation, she calls CPS!!! She said she didn't ask us because we could just lie! She claims she is so worried about my child's mental state??? What happens if the state puts him in foster care.... What about his mental state then??? She doesn't really care obviously, and they teach that playing the PlayStation is a coping skill when that's the main source of stress in the home!!! Teach the kids to meditate, to take a walk breathing exercises.... REAL COPING SKILLS... THEY ARE RUINING MY CHILD AND MAKING ALL OF OUR LIVES WORSE!!! DON'T GO YOU'LL REGRET IT!!!"

"I've been here six times exactly and the only reason I'm giving it a five star rating is because of Mrs. Wanda. She is an employee here and every time I came back she always would tell me that its okay to not be okay and that she hopes that I make it through the hard times and that the next time she hears from me that I'm not in a hospital but out living my life"

"This facility discharged my daughter from the (Partial Hospitalization Program) PHP while she was still suicidal. Facts: March 20 - Family session. I indicated my daughter was unstable and self-harming. The therapist was unaware of the circumstances of her admission. The goals were not in alignment with those circumstances. March - 21 - facility discharged her citing insurance would not cover as she did not meet criteria That week she had not showered. Clearly the facility did nothing to convey the seriousness of my daughter's condition to the insurance company. Nor did they take seriously my statement of her instability or her very visible self harm lacerations. Upon questioning why the discharge their response "well we can only go by what she says". So her visible self harm and her lack of showering plus my statement of her instability (which my daughter agreed by the way) weren't serious enough. With all these issues and still she was discharged with no restrictions. Unbelievable. And callous. Very callous. They refused to do anything to help keep her safe. Citing my option was to go through the intake process again. A 6 hour grueling process where you sit in a room staring at walls with nothing to do for all 6 hours. A process that I couldn't trust because they didn't take me seriously a day previously. Please go somewhere else and avoid this place."
