"I found Houston Fibroids online. I went to the Katy, Texas location for my initial appointment and consultation. Everyone from the time I walked in and through the visit was nice, smiling, and upbeat. Some people may ask why this is a surprise, well I'm a mother of 8 and have been to the labor and delivery a few times and not all medical personnel provide this quality top notch patient care. Houston Fibroids has many many awards which I had not previously seen until walking to the back for my appointment. My husband and I decide to go through with UFE moments after talking to Dr. Hardee. His assistance walked us through every detail of the procedure pre-op. She explained everything and they even had it all written out in a packet. Before the procedure I received phone calls from attending personnel to before the procedure to double check if I had questions and reminder to pick up and take medications. Procedure day came and this took place at the Bellaire location and I was wowed at the service. It was like having my very own care team. Maria was the RN that walked me through everything and was there when I woke up. Everyone had on masks, but their smiles, kindness, positive, caring energy shined through.
