"Here's another 'if I could give 0 stars, I would' review. Please know if you need help for yourself or a loved one- Westpark Spring is absolutely NOT the place to provide it. There were numerous and blatant violations of the Patient Bill of Rights and Privacy Practices. Voluntary patients are held against their will after requesting discharge, and staff refuse to calmly or constructively communicate with family members. This facility is woefully under-staffed and as a result is simply not safe. I cannot stress this enough- Westpark Springs is the absolute last place to help and heal."

"The clinic is a liar, they say your bill is going to be 300. And once your treatment is over and 60 days passed, they send you an additional bill stating you still owe 300+ dollars. Instead of over estimating what your insurance pays, they underestimate. Also they will extend you beyond your initial stated treatment period with our consoling with you that your bill will be higher. Twice we have received bills stating we still owe them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, IT IS NOT A HEALTHCARE FACILITY, but it is a place that will take your money!!"

"Very disappointed in this facility. My family member was taken here and stayed for 2 weeks. Unfortunately my family member has not improved and left the facility in the same mental state they went in. In times passed when they were institutionalized at another state, the patient would have been stabilized with medication and would have improved significantly within 1 week. This time around, it seems nothing was done. Not sure what type of care my family member received, if any, because they are an adult and no information can be shared."

"I was sent to Westpark in January of 2022 and the staff were very kind and helpful. I wasn't shamed for my issues and they seemed to genuinely want to help me. While the beds weren't hotel grade, never expected them to be in the first place, I felt safe. I met people going through similar and hearing their stories. I didn't feel alone. The staff at WestPark helped me understand that I wasn't alone and that seeking help was not something to be ashamed of."

"I am sharing our experience to possibly help a distraught momma or family member. My teen daughter was at this facility as an inpatient for 1 week. We have no real major complaints at all. Yes there was a staff member or two that she didn’t like and the food wasn’t great according to her but overall we were pleased with all of it. Intake took a while but that is to be expected. Her intake person, Becky, was very kind and helped us through each step. The front desk ladies were kind and courteous. The therapists and doctors helped her and she truly connected with a couple of her group therapists and PCAs. We were able to talk daily and visit 3 times a week. If needed I could call in and speak to her caregivers or to her. The staff called me for medication approval for anything new that was needed. I had many fears after reading hundreds of reviews about inpatient facilities and Westpark Springs was a good experience overall for anyone that has to go through this type of decision."
